From Survival to Grace
The great majority of us are born into a world that tells us about limitation and smallness. From a young age, we are trained in our own powerlessness and spend the rest of our lives trying to find a way to ‘survive’ it! Feeling that you are not enough, being in an abusive job or relationship that makes you feel powerless are some examples.
The survival storyline:
It’s not my fault/It’s all my fault;
I am always getting hurt;
No one really understands me;
I didn’t have a choice;
What am I supposed to do?
This always happens to me;
Others are always so lucky and I am not.
In this workshop, you will be able to identify these and other beliefs/patterns. You’ll become conscious of yourself, the effects of your actions, and the need for choosing wisely so you can bring Grace into your everyday life.

What is Kundalini Yoga?
Known as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga is potent and powerful and will shake you up, in a good way. It gets you physically and mentally fit and fast.
The energy of Kundalini is powerful and awakens your Soul. We start to stir this energy up by physical practice, mantra, breath control and meditation. When we start to wake up to our Authentic Self, we live by our dreams and visions, we start to create the life we have always wanted. We loosen up the hold of the mind and find a deep sense of stillness inside which we call ‘Sat Nam’ (translation: truth is my identity).
